The room was moldy, the air in the room was humid, there was mold in the shower. It was overall a gross experience and I got very sick after my stay.

The property is old and you can tell. Our room smelled very strongly of aerosol cleaning sprays, to the point where I looked for another place. Some people are hugely sensitive to these things, you should be aware. Our tv did not work, but finally with the help of the front desk clerk we got it working. The mute/volume never worked correctly. The second day of our stay, our room was not cleaned at all, bed not made, and no fresh towels. This is not acceptable for the price point. The best part of the room was the remodeled bathroom. All that worked. They had nice fitness center and a small pool, we did not use either, just an observation. Breakfast was meager in comparison to other hotels of similar price, although the person working the area worked hard. I won’t stay in this location again.

Room wifi did not work! I was displaced due the hurricane and have a voucher but everywhere was full. So I got weary and paid for a room as I needed to work. Being I couldn’t connect it was a total waste. The bedding and nightstand also had some kind of tiny insects im hoping not bed bugs

Staff was really nice, but our room was very humid that the walls were coming apart. We feel like the hotel should've had a dehumidifier and a roll of toilet paper was covered blood or something.

Property was okay for just needing somewhere for the night but wouldn’t stay again. Poor updates. Looks like an old hotel that someone just added paint and caulking to everything. Even the complimentary breakfast was blah.

Good location, clean, comfortable and nice staff. Close to USF. Quiet area. My only complaint was the first morning I came down to breakfast at 8:45am (I believe it runs until 10am??) only to find all the hot food was gone and no more coming out. Attendant didn’t expect the amount of people that came down for it. Poor planning on hotels part considering that’s its USF move in weekend so I imagine there were quite a few families checked in. The attendant was very apologetic and was kind enough to make us some scrambled eggs. Unfortunately there was as not much else to pick from so we still ending having to eat breakfast elsewhere. Not a good way to start our day.

I stayed at this property a few times and it was pretty good however the last time was not. The first room had a very strong pungent smell which was intolerable. We were moved to a second room which smelled like somebody just use the bathroom (#2). There was urine on the toilet seat and on the floor.
