I had a quick one night stay and was looking forward to the nature walk however it was closed due to hurricane damage. Disappointing because I didn’t see it on the website, I would have stayed somewhere else. Also note to self when you go through a third-party (Hotels.com) you don’t get any points.

I had an Amazon fire tablet taken from my room. I'm not getting the best results from the Grand Hyatt, therefore, today I got in touch with the corporate Hyatt today. They have opened a case for me. I hope to have some results by next week.
