Our suite was clean and comfortable although the couch and pull out bed were a bit worn. The staff was very friendly and professional from the moment we stepped in the door. The breakfast was pretty good as far as those kind of hotel breakfasts go but what takes it up a notch was the staff in charge of the breakfast...they were friendly, kind, professional, attentive...just really great! One thing they could add that would really improve the bathrooms...towel bars. There is nowhere to hang a hand towel by the sink for after you wash your hands, weird, and very little places to hang towels after your showers.

Older hotel with dated decor. Very small bathroom with peeling paint in need of update. Convenient to medical centers and interstate 75. Positives include good breakfast with many choices and daily room service. An average property not one of “one of the best” as suggested by the large travel review website

Couldn’t charge phones, etc as plugs were too loose and wouldn’t stay in. Also, one side of rhe bed only had use of lamp charger that was too loose as my husband had a CPAP

This was a clean, quiet hotel that provided good value for the money spent. Our one bedroom suite was spacious and provided plenty of room for our family of 3. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations within a few minutes of driving. We were in Tampa to visit Busch Gardens and it took us about 10 minutes to get there. The free breakfast in the morning was an added bonus. We only stayed two nights but we would most likely stay here again next time we are in the area.

This was a very nice hotel and in an area where we felt safe. The shuttle to nearby locations and attractions was very convenient. We loved the complementary breakfast - delicious full breakfast with many options, as well as the coffee and tea available in the lobby area. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. There is also a nice pool.
