Staff was very nice, but the door on my original room was broken and wouldn’t close or lock. I told the front desk and she called maintenance - but they refused to come out. The hotel was fully booked, but they ended up assigning me to another room meaning someone was going to show up with no room.

We loved the beds’ sheets and pillows — very clean and cozy. Bathroom was super clean and towels large and thick. Breakfast was amazing — many choices and quality fruit. Coffee was amazing and I was thrilled to see Hazelnut coffee creamer— my fav!

The staff were very friendly. Free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Our driver the next morning went above and beyond. Thr cruise ship was late at allowing passengers onboard. He took our liggage to a place closer to the terminal and helped to secure wheelchair assistance for me before leaving. Made what could have been a frustrating situation be very good. Thanks Hosea!

Great staff and clean rooms. There is no beach behind the hotel! It is a 5 minute walk to the beach. The picture is deceiving. Beach is behind the Westin.
