The room was quiet and comfortable. Customer service was exceptional. There was a young woman at the front desk. Her customer service and attention to detail was awesome. Im spelling her name wrong I'm sure but it was something like Khaldesi. I had it written down but lost it.

The pool was closed without giving prior notice. The front desk person was rude when asked if there were other options or compensation. Another employee eventually told us we could use a pool at a nearby hotel.

Upon arrival we were advised there was a fee to park our car. Any such fee should have been noted at the time of booking. Secondly, the shower water was lukewarm at best and never got hot. Finally, the breakfast consisted of pre-made breakfast sandwiches which had been sitting for a while. The bread was hard. There was the usual waffle maker and assortment of fruit and cereals. The hotel itself is clean and the location is great. For the price paid I expected average at least.

Area is close to Busch Gardens (reason for the stay) but hotel is extremely noisy (they provide ear plugs in the rooms smh), they booked a huge group of kids and after a few complaints to the front desk nothing was done, so at midnight I asked to move rooms. Walls are very thin, could even hear the ppl above us walking. $10.25/night parking should actually be free, as it’s limited. Showers had hair all in them, breakfast options were minimum. No plans to stay here again for the amount of money I spent.

The room felt damp, there was no hot water when you showered. There were stains on the carpet. The room did not maintain its temperature.
