The rooms and hotel are absolutely spotless. Parking is plentiful. There is a large refrigerator, microwave, and two burners for countertop cooking, iron and ironing board. A/C and heat are easy to control. Snacks are available at the front desk, however, a somewhat limited variety. Dunkin Donuts, Subway, Panera, Chick Fil A and Race Trac are one block away, however, it you are walking, it is a lonely unoccupied block that you have to walk. I felt very safe at the hotel and staff was very nice. Price is right.

Staff was great! Good location, clean. But no blackout curtains, A/C is a little loud, the TV service is a little weird (it's some streaming kind of service, similar to YouTube TV, not real TV channels, it's hard to navigate).

They are cutting way too many corners.

When I checked into the room, most of the amenities were missing. An incomplete set of towels, no soap and the television wasn't working. It turns out that all the ice machines were removed from every floor and the only one available is on the ground floor. The hotel could have been nice but they just don't provide basic necessities that you expect when you're staying in a hotel. Calling it a suite is a joke. The kitchenette did not have a single plate or glassware. There was absolutely nothing available to make it usable. I won't be back.

Day of Cancelation from the Hotel

Absolutely disgraceful the way they handle things. I booked my hotel 2 days before my stay, everything was sorted, received my confirmation emailed…they called me at 6:00pm on the day I was supposed to stay there to tell me there were no rooms available so I couldn’t stay there. I had flown from NC to Clearwater for my friends funeral, and to be told this on the day I’m staying? I had to pay a ridiculous amount for booking a hotel the same day to stay over. Disgraceful.

We had a great stay and our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My only recommendation to management is to provide four pillows for the queen size and king size rooms. My wife and I sleep better when we each have two pillows. The nice clerk at the front desk brought us an extra pillow but the room should have four instead of three. Will definitely consider this hotel again next time we’re in Tampa.
