Florida is a perfect getaway for all ages !
This 5 acres private property included horse pasture so you can enjoy all day long beautiful view straight from your windows or a porch .
The house is fully refurnished with all amenities.
10 min to the shore : Apollo beach , little harbor / alafia river / manatee river etc..
The fresh strawberry shop Goodson right around the corner ( opens seasonal )
The space :
5 acres private property/single mobile home has 2 bedrooms equipped with new queen beds , 2 full bathrooms , kitchen equipped with all new kitchen dishes, coffee , toaster , tea pot etc..washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, office space for work , WI-FI , smart TV ..
We also have on the side couple RVs for rental .
