Very dissatisfied with this property. Stayed before and this second time wasn't good . They fill up the fridge with merchandise and you can't put your items, room was dirty and smelly . I have requested to change the linens. Have requested ice for the room and took about 30 minutes to be delivered.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and a great coffee shop, bar and restaurant. The pool was perfect, we loved the foliage everywhere. And the toiletries in the room SMELLED AMAZING. We barely had to drive, everywhere we were going was in walking distance. Definitely will be staying every time we visit YBor!

Friends picked this hotel for our night before our cruise. I was very pleasantly surprised. Very cute hotel. Great location for visiting Ybor City and so close to the Port of Tampa. We are already planning to come back for a weekend getaway in Ybor.

It was a great hotel. Beautiful room and the balcony was spacious. The mandatory fee for valet parking was a turn-off as well as the lack of basics like an ice machine. Ringing the front desk was the only option which was fine, but by the time my ice came it was too late. Noise from the busy street might be a problem for some.

I was met with an incidental card hold upon arrival. I understand this can be the norm, but is not always the case with prepaid rooms, and I would have liked to be prepared for that prior to arrival. It was not in any of the emails I received, nor on their website. There was no TV remote that I could locate. Also, the body wash had been opened and used, but not replaced. There should be restroom venting as well (there seemed to be a fan/vent, but I couldn’t find the switch - if it exists). Overall, besides these minor issues, the property is quite nice and fairly convenient to many locations where one might want to visit.

We liked that it was a boutique hotel with friendly bar tenders. We didn’t like that food options are limited on Mondays (the main restaurant is closed on Monday) and the menu items were kind of limited too.

Everything was great, the staff , Hotel and Restaurant super kind and nice. The room was excellent , But there is a But: they have a tray with snacks and wine. Normally as usual there overprice , but thats OK , you expect this , and I have no problem with it, I do have a HUGE problem with the additional 25% they charge if you take any Item of that tray, seems abusive and completely innecessary
