I didn’t know I had to pay for parking and there isn’t ’ any self parking only valet parking for hotel so you can’t get around it but over $40 per night for guest seems a bit steep. I suppose because it’s downtown that’s why. Other than that hotel is beautiful and front desk staff was nice.

Loved this property. From the time you pull up the staff were attentive. When you walk in the small makes you feel like you’re in an all inclusive resort in the Caribbean. Rooms are clean & have everything you need. The property also has laundry service- do it yourself, which we took advantage of. Staff were so pleasant & helpful. Will definitely be back!!!

More than satisfied
This is the best hotel I’ve been to and I frequent hotels. It was amazingly clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and pans and a cook top. It was a small space, but the planning involved in the layout made the space more than functional. The staff were smiles and accommodating. The goodies in the little shop were convenient and the ice cream was delicious. The breakfast had a wide spectrum of options and was filling and tasted awesome. Overall everything was great and I will be coming back to stay again soon!

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at the Hyatt House in downtown Tampa! The staff was excellent, our room was gorgeous with bright panoramic views of the city. We would highly recommend if you’re looking to be in downtown quality experience without breaking the bank.
