Upon arrival, valet parking was very convenient. All of the attendants were very nice and we did not have to lift a finger. Check in & check out was super easy, hassle free. Room was clean, beds comfortable. A lot of choices for breakfast. If I have to go back Tampa, will definitely stay at The Hyatt Place Downtown.

Clean and in a great location. I was very impressed with the level of cleanliness and aesthetics of the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was unbelievable, it was like being at a breakfast buffet with every option you could think of for breakfast available to you.

We stayed for a concert at Amalie arena. Super convenient location. Uber ride was less than 5 mins. Room was clean and quite. I would definitely stay here again.

No gluten free options for breakfast. By now, this should standard at any hotel of this level. Also the hotel’s music was too load. Even at 0615, I could not find a quiet place to have morning coffee and read.

Great service, we came early and they let us use the pool with our kids. Called us when a room opened up. There was a convention in town, but it wasn’t terrible sharing the hotel with the people there. Very good breakfast!
