First thing was needing to call the front desk because the hot water device to boil water was broken. Problem was the phone didn’t have a front desk option. In fact the phone didn’t work at all! So I walked down to front desk and they said no problem someone will be right up. Someone showed up 45 minutes later. That night I took my shower and then wanted to shave but the bathroom sinks water never even got warm. But the topper was that the restaurant downstairs didn’t have food for a person with Celiac disease. The best part of the hotel was the valet kids ,so helpful and nice Overall wouldn’t stay here again

Our shower was not clean when we checked in and a maid needed to come back. We went to the pool and got robbed. There were multiple police visits to the hotel for other incidents so we know it wasn’t just an isolated incident for us. The front desk staff could care less to help us address our situation. Tampa police very nice and helpful.

Excellent customer service. Cleanliness is top notch, Amazingly clean. Beautiful place with perfect location, near everything downtown. Walking distance to most of the attractions in Downtown Tampa I was interest in. Valet parking employees were awesome, kind, fast & efficient. And the food from Corazón Restaurant was amazing, delicious as well as the options for breakfast. I got a really good and fair price per night. I will definitely be back again.

Me and my boyfriend came up to Tampa for his birthday. We chose this hotel to stay and it was wonderful. Valet parking was awesome and the room was very clean. I loved the flat screen tv, which most hotels don’t have. We had an amazing view as well and we got the lucky room 1111. If we are ever in downtown Tampa. This will definitely be our to go to hotel.
