The staff was very nice and hospitable. The food service was good. However, if you don't have a private vehicle, transportation is non existent. There's no taxi service, and it takes about an hour to get the Uber service they recommend. There are a number of malls within the vicinity, it would be nice if the hotel offered a shuttle service to them.

Family vacation
Housekeeping only came once in 4 days, but we had plenty of towels! We needed to empty the trash once ourselves! Breakfast was great! The staff was great! The area was convient to family! Everyday at least once or twice the internet and the TV would go out and I would have to reconnect! Couldn't get the lobby computer to get boading passes for plane ticket!

I had one of the best stays ever here! My room was clean, hotel was clean. Breakfast was great with lots of options. ALL of the staff were amazing! Kind, helpful and attentive. The area felt very safe and you can walk to malls and to eat. I have friends in the area and I very much look forward to visiting again. Thank you for such a great stay!
