When we checked in the lobby was a mess the desk people busy I guess. I know they are remodeling but that wasn’t the only thing. The room had been remodeled but a torn up ironing board hanging on the wall and room was so dusty just moving by the furniture brought up dust

This place has roaches and not so clean.
Has roaches, customer service attitude is a 2/10 and towel had specs of black on it. Bed was a little dirty with stains. Had a sign for the room to be clean all day while I was at the hospital and when i came back, the sign was turned around and room was still a mess. The roaches are where the microwave and fridge is, under the tv. We spotted it and couldnt take a picture because they scurried back where the fridge is.

Like they say, you get what you pay for. Rooms were recently renovated, but poorly. Sheets were dirty, stains/poor repairs on the ceiling. Grounds are in need of a serious renovation. Food choices/quality were poor, but the employee stationed there was friendly and did what she could. If you're planning on walking over to Busch Gardens, know that there is no west entrance, you must enter on the far east end. That being said, I do believe it was a good value for the price, location and breakfast offerings. Saved us approximately $150 over nearby hotels over two nights and staff was friendly from check-in to breakfast and even housekeeping.

We didn't get much sleep, the A/C sounded with high level noise. Dirty bathroom and cockroaches walking around. Strong smell of marijuana smokers in the hallways and stairs. Breakfast with few options and not good quality. I paid for this hotel to be close to Bush Garden Park, but the information and photos of the hotel are far from true. It doesn't even deserve one star, I didn't think that a hotel by Wyndham would be this bad. I would never return to this place.

This is a motel converted to a La Quinta hotel. Everywhere shows dirt. Entrance to rooms is from staircase and dirty hallways with garbage bags. Roaches in every room we were assigned. Extreme dirt under beds. Breakfast room was poor and smelly of oil from waffle irons. One attendant is not enough to support 3 hours of breakfast for over 100 guests. Will reconsider booking at this chain again based on my last two experiences. Expedia should check out before recommending to us.
