Besides the sketchy neighbors next door the water in the tub was either boiling or scolding hot. Was on the first floor and The sliding glass door had broken locks. There was broken and chipped furniture. The mini fridge was not cooling and there were ROACHES. The room was clean and the linen were fresh through. I only stayed since my child had to be in surgery early in the morning and I couldn't afford any other booking. I didnt get any sleep while there. Hind sight is 20/20 will never book here again

The room reaked of awful Clorox smell, it was incredible strong that I had to cover my nose with my sweater to be able to try to sleep, as if that wasn’t bad enough. The people next door were incredibly loud. I didn’t feel comfortable complaining to management as this place looked questionable. Reason why I reserved this room was because it looked totally different online, pics were totally deceiving.

Place was a drug den and looked and felt like a by the hour hotel. Never again Fence falling down, roach crawling up the wall, towel rack torn off wall, hard hard bed , t.v didn't work, very thin walls you could here through the walls at 2am people talking loudly and if we didn't have the bar glass door didn't shut all the way.

You pay for what you get.
Room was clean but dated. The shower did not work properly and the heater did not work at all. No solutions offered , not even extra blankets. There was a homeless man outside of my patio for a full day, moaning and crying. Reported it to staff. Nothing was done and I was advised to handle it myself. No phone in the room, WiFi delayed. $100.00 deposit/ hold required. Overall it served its purpose. Convenient location .

I went to the long to check in at 2 in the morning. Coming back from work very tired and sleepy. I meet with a guy from the Middle East or maybe Indian, not saying it to be racier but to describe my experience to the fullest. I have him the same debit cards I used to pay for the hotel to secure a deposit. The man went to tell me that the card doesn’t belong to me, even though my name is written on the card and I gave him my ID. He demanded to see a picture of my grandmother who customized my card graffiti with. After many back and forth of the idiot not letting me check in, I told him I’m starting to get pissed off. All of a sudden he said now I’m disrespecting him and that he’s offended. May I remind you all he’s checking Caucasian customers left and right while I’m standing here and he’s denying me entry to the hotel because he thinks I’m trying to check in with a stolen card. After an hr of standing there and waiting for the booking company to resolve the issue, he comes back and apologize. That was the worse experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Well it was a motel to be fair but I don’t recommend that anyone who is of color to go there and be prejudged.

You can smell the pot smoke at check in. The first room I was given had a sliding glass door that didn’t fully close. Cockroaches in the tub and a broken towel rack. I didn’t feel safe and slept with the lights on.

The staff was amazing cleanliness was ok for an older hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel was not safe we had a person trying to get into the room at 2 am and then banging on the door. I called the front desk who took care of the situation. However, we couldn’t sleep After that. It was a one day stay!

A/C was great although it was a cold day. The cleanliness was to much. The room smelled of unbearable bleach. specially the sheets. The curved shower rod didn't allow for the shower curtain to close, which made a mess on the floor.
