I didn’t like that the property parking area . It lack lighting. It’s way too dark. It felt unsafe. The room is a basic room. My hotel phone isn’t working even after putting in a request for maintenance.

Bathroom fans don’t work. There’s a strip club next door and across the street. We did have a great experience with being able to check in early as we got back to the property from a cruise at 9 am. They let’s us check in at 1230! However, front desk staff was less than pleasant.

Check in was great. Room smelled like smoke, but didn’t want to wait in very long line to change rooms, we were only staying one night. Unable to connect to internet. Plugs in the room near the bed didn’t work, had to plug everything into the bathroom outlet. Contracted van service, only one airport run per hour. One of our party had to Uber because van time wasn’t accommodating. Good for a one night cheap stay, wouldn’t stay again

Its the average old school resort type Ramada Inn, turned more "modern". Its clean, centric, has a continental breakfast. Serves its purpose. Reccomended.

When I first got there, the customer service was excellent but it went down from there. The hotel staff was rude & the rooms are not that good for the price. .The only staff member who was nice was the 1st guy I met & then this black lady. After that, they were rude.tere.
