Hotel indicated handicap accessable. Absolutely wasnt with elevator out of order. They booked us on 3rd floor (320) and we asked about the 1st, but it was full. We struggled and decided to try And push through because we we exhausted from travelling and it was late. Room stunk from smoke, and we saw a sqished cockroach on kitchen floor. We contacted desk and they were professionals with giving us clean room on 2 (249) that is above the security guard outside below room and noisy. We usually do not have these issues with travelocity, we have used you in the past. We made it thru the night. Refund and/or voucher for a room going forward would be nice but were not expecting that...hard to reccomend travelocity.

We were not able to stay here because the rooms had been reserved by FEMA for hurricane victims. We were not informed that our reservation had been cancelled. We had to sleep in our car. We demand a refund! Please advise!

Not worth it….Keep ur money and go somewhere else!
The rooms are incredibly small and roaches in the room, on night stands on counter tops in bathroom and in the shower when about to shower.

Stayed at the hotel with a group of high school students. Although they are remodeling some of the rooms, two of my students rooms had bugs and roaches. More importantly, the students did not feel safe and notified their parents of their feelings were cameras and the security guard Was very accommodating, but not the ideal place to bring students. They are working on the hotel so hopefully down the road. It will be up to par but I wouldn’t recommend it for now.

The lady at the front desk was great, she helped us with all that we asked for. When we arrived to our 1st room it smelled like cigarette smoke and a lizard had came into the room and we couldn’t get it out so we had to change rooms. The second room also smelled and was a little red bug by the headboard of the bed. We ended up checking out about a hour after we checked in and stayed at a different hotel.

Expedia sold me a non-existent room!!!! You took my money, made me believe I had a room reserved at this property. But when I arrived, the entire property was closed, inoperable due to lack of electricity. I then attempted to cancel the reservation and obtain a refund but Expedia REFUSED to do it. I attempted to get a refund ONLINE more than once. And I called Expedia several times only to have Expedia hang up on me. UNACCEPTABLE!!

The bedding in the room was literally wet from humidity. The ac filter needed changed and the room needed a good cleaning. Two police cars in the parking lot when I arrived. Tried to sleep in the chair for awhile but decided to just leave. You're better off staying in your car.
