Hidden gem
A place where our family made us feel very homey and comfortable. Worked out well with our big family visiting and gathering from out of state. Very accessible to our wedding venue, spacious, clean and loved the 4 bathrooms. It sufficed our needs away from home. Problem with bathroom plumbing was immediately resolved. We appreciate the hospitality.

3 families fit conveniently in the house. The house had all described amenities and even more! Ongoing communication and responses were immediate and fully addressed. Our kids loved the swimming pool, kitchen was full of appliances and kitchenware. A lot of space, even bigger from than what we got from the pictures on the website! The outdoor area was great, with a lot of chairs and tables and BBQ. We highly recommend this property for vacation rentals.

Beautiful home and wonderful host!
Family stayed at the home for our daughter's USF graduation. Plenty of bedrooms, outdoor space, and seating to accomodate all comfortably! They also had a beautiful large table, where our family could sit and eat / play cards together. Kitchen, bathrooms, and toiletries were well stocked. And host was very responsible to any questions we had. Thanks! Would definitely stay here again!

I can’t say enough about this experience! From questions being promptly answered prior to booking, during booking and during stay to the kindness and willingness of the owners to make it the best experience ever. The place was clean, spacious, and had everything we possibly needed with extra things provided at request. The pool was perfect for some relaxing days hanging out with friends and family. It really felt like an oasis with the trees and greenery and the waterfalls into the pool running. The house was perfectly located. We were 15 minutes from downtown, USF, and the airport and minutes from many grocery options and restaurants.

80th Birthday Celebration
Ten sisters and friends celebrated an 80th birthday with a getaway to Tampa. The house was perfect! Clean, well stocked with plenty of room to congregate. We enjoyed the park like backyard and pool. The furnishing were beautiful and we were impressed with Yuly's art work. We highly recommend Sandy's Getaway!

Exceptional House With Spectacular Property Manger
From the second we booked the stay through check-out, Yuly provided the best customer service. We stayed at this location for a family wedding, and this house provided a great place to share with 5 adult couples. The layout was great to provide plenty of space to spread out or gather together. The pool was always warm, and the pool crew showed up frequently to make sure the pool was in tip top shape and clean for the duration of our stay. The outdoor patio provided plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the sun or shade. There were plenty of pool towels, inflatables, noodles and toys. The patio also had a gas grill, cooler, and an outdoor tv. They even had a cooler and lawn chairs if you wanted to go to the beach! The kitchen had a large assortment of cookware and appliances like an air fryer and coffee maker. They truly thought of everything in this house to make you feel like you are right at home. We hope to stay here again in the future. Thank you Yuly, for your quick response to every request and for always keeping us informed when the pool/ maintenance team would be visiting.

Second time a charm
Second time we have stayed long term. Yuli and Marie are quick to respond, friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The house is comfortable with everything you might need on hand. Outside area is roomy, well equipped and just plain fun. Hoping for another time to be there.
