The location of the property is great. However, customer service is severely lacking. The inside of the property needs upkeep. The carpet is ripped and dirty in places. Overall cleanliness is lacking. Overall, great location, subpar staff and unclean. I would not recommend this property to anyone, which is sad because the property has potential.

Liked location. Didn’t like pool was closed. When I originally booked said pool was open and that was after hurricane. Than they told me it was closed because of hurricane. Also a lot of noise from machines near my room. It place was clean and people were very nice

House issues from hurricane Milton and my wife , Autistic daughter and adult son needed 2 rooms for a couple of nights till power and water was replaced. I called ahead of arrival and spoke to Emily at the front desk requesting early 1 pm check in and she said both rooms would be available on arrival at 1. Front desk lady was rude and nasty when I told her we had a special need daughter and that hotel approved early check in. lady behind me stepped in and said she had been rude to her as well. The hotel person was latin and so was the other mistreated guest. She said we could have 1 room now and another later so we took key and went upstairs. after 15-20 minutes we agreed this place was not right for us. Went downstairs and asked for manager and a very nice gentleman who had handled our valet when we checked in said he was the director and I told him our story and he asked the lady at the desk to reverse charges and apologized. He was great! I tipped valet folks and we went to the renaissance hotel at the airport.

Nice hotel shame swimming pool was closed.
The hotel was perfect for my requirements however i especially choose the hotel to enjoy the roof top swimming pool during my stay only to discover when i checked in that it was closed for maintenance. This was not mentioned at all when i made the booking. Stewart

When we first got to the hotel it was not very clear as to where we was to park. During check in the attendant was very rude and not interested at all in helping during the check in process. We needed a handicap room which is what I had booked online. When we got to the room nothing was handicap. Room had a tub, no grab bars near toilet, and bed was very high off the ground. The room was super disgusting the curtains had blood on them, tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned, and boogers on the bathroom wall. When I called down to tell the attendant about the issues. No apology all he said is I will let someone know about the room and that he had given us a handicap room. We also booked a deluxe room and he said that this room was a deluxe but it didn't have a couch like the room description said it would have. He said while this is a handicap room and you cant have both deluxe and handicap. If thats the case then I shouldn't have been charged for such. He offered no refund on the difference. The breakfast was horrible the pancakes was not fully cooked in the middle and the eggs was just plain gross. This hotel could use an overhaul it needs to be updated and refurbished.

Stayed over 1night. Girl at the front desk was very pleasant and noticed my husband using a walker. When we got to the floor my husband said “I forgot to ask for a room close to the elevator “ We were pleasantly surprised that when we turned the corner our room was right there. Didn’t have to ask Which was so refreshing to see that she definitely was on the ball. Had a problem with the sink and when we notified the front desk she came up with the key to both room for us. We loved staying here and would definitely stay again and recommend other people to stay here.

I came to see a friend who is doing some construction here in Tampa. The room was nice. The shower was hard to turn on and couldn’t keep it on when I did get it and walking into the bathroom room the rug had something sticking out where it will hurt ur feet if you walk on there with no shoes on. The standard beds was a little small for two people to lay on but we made it due. Overall the stay was nice and comfy. Will stay again. I didn’t get to see the pool area on the roof because it was closed due to maintenance. I give them a (8)
