The location of the property is great. However, customer service is severely lacking. The inside of the property needs upkeep. The carpet is ripped and dirty in places. Overall cleanliness is lacking. Overall, great location, subpar staff and unclean. I would not recommend this property to anyone, which is sad because the property has potential.

I arrived at the property with my wife and 2month old son. I called ahead and was told there would be a crib upon arrival. It wasn’t. I went down to the front desk and spoke to Michael who informed the crib would be taken shortly to my room. It wasn’t. I called from my room around 45minutes later and inquired about the crib. I was told by the front desk they would call me back. They didn’t. I called again and was told that housekeeping was gone for the night and that it was impossible to get a crib. I was assured that the manager would get in touch with me the following morning and I would get a crin up to the room. Neither of these two things happened either. I ended up buying a crib at Walmart. Extremely disappointed with the service and the lack of sensibility.

We were not greeted by lady working the check in area. At first I didn’t even know she worked there, because she was sitting behind a platform type desk with a suitcase next to her. Asked about airport shuttle she said it ran around the clock every half hour. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable, but both the sink and tub were slow to drain. When it was time to leave for the airport at 3:30am we were told the shuttle doesn’t start until 6am!

Nice lobby area and friendly and helpful staff, but we had to switch rooms after our first one had hair in the tub (and from what it looked like, not from someone's head). Second one wasn't much better and rooms clearly need some investment/TLC. Torn lamp shade, crack in bathroom ceiling, rusty and broken tub drain, etc. Expected better from a Marriott.

This was a fantastic stay. The hotel was very clean and quiet. I stopped by the bar after my event and Eva was the best Bartender I have seen. She handles her business all while smiling and greeting each and every customer. Excellent job by all by I wanted to personally recognize Eva for a job well done after a long day at work.
