I truly enjoyed my stay! My children loved the pool facilities. All hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They all made our stay memorable. I was sad to be leaving! This hotel has always been our favorite. We will miss Guam always.

とても快適な時間を過ごせました。 落ち着いた空間が好きなので、選びました。他のホテルよりも小さい子供も少なく、大人向けのホテルでのんびりグアムを満喫したい方にはおすすめです。 また、日本人の総支配人が度々ロビーに居てくださるので些細な事でも質問したり対応してくださったり本当に助かりました。 1番は、航空機のトラブルによりもう一泊延長しなければならなかったのですが、同じ部屋で手配してくださったりと困っている私たちに迅速に丁寧な対応をしてくださいました。 他のスタッフさんも丁寧で、クラブラウンジの居心地、食事は最高でした！ 大人のグアムを楽しみたいなら是非こちらのホテルをおすすめします。
