The staff were friendly very welcoming the room was very clean tidy and family friendly The one thing that stood out was the room had a block out blind I have stayed at many different motels / hotels and have never had a blockout blind and that is one thing that annoys me is the bright sunlight coming through first thing in the mornings This made out stay so much more comfortable

Better than average all round. No bells and whistles, but everything worked well. I would like to single out the breakfast service to the room: It arrived at the exact promised time and was beautifully presented, perfectly cooked and generous in helping size - never had a better motel breakfast brought to our room before. Good WiFi.

The owners have done a wonderful job renovating these rooms. They are modern, comfortable, and well-designed. Everything you need for a good night. Great shower, bed and linen. It’s in a noisy spot and not walkable to restaurants etc - that’s the trade off for a pretty competitive rate. I’d stay again.

We travel for work a lot and also bring our toy cavoodle. This was one of the best pet friendly rooms. It was a mid week stay so the BBQ area out the front of the room was not being used. Could possibly be noisy if it was. Great area for the dog to get to the grass.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Little touches like the 4 way next to the bed showed the care taken to ensure you have everything you need. The bed was really comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I was surprised for the price that it was so spotless and comfortable. I will always stay here again when passing through.

This was our second stay at Roydon's and won't be our last. Room was very clean, bed was extra comfortable, the staff are lovely and very helpful. It's a great bonus to find a great place that accommodates dogs.
