A terrible experience
I booked the accommodation well in advance but wasn't given any check in instructions. On the day of checking in, I tried contacting the host multiple times via calls and SMS to get the instructions, but received no response.I contacted Stayz and they weren't able to get in touch with the host either. Check in time was 2pm, I arrived at the accommodation at 10pm and wasn't able to access. I was travelling with my family and young kids; trying to find an alt accomodation so late at night was very stressful. Luckily, I managed to find rooms at a nearby hotel. Stayz covered the difference of accom costs.The host never reached out to me to offer an apology or provide an explanation. Avoid at all costs.
