"Had a great pleasant stay at the resort, staff were all helpful and attentive. Very nice view and the beach was awesome. The hotel manager was very attentive to details and we felt their warmth and enthusiasm to make guests had the best experience. Though there’s a suggestion for improvement: The curtain is not wide enough to block the light from the great sunshine of Okinawa, so we were woken up by the bright sunlight after sunrise. Sometimes we just wanted to sleep in for a bit later, but it’s difficult with this bright daylight. "

The service was flawless on both visits, with special thanks to the exceptional Dave and the warm reception team who made every moment feel personal. A particular highlight was the bar experience, where Mai Seike crafted cocktails that rival the very best I’ve had anywhere—London, New York, Tokyo, you name it. Her creations were complex, original, and utterly unforgettable. Halekulani has proven that even a large-scale resort with over 300 rooms can still deliver five-star hospitality with soul. I would highly recommend a visit. "

"It was one of the best hotel I have ever been to in terms of movie vs quality. It is located at the heart of downtown and all of the design in the room much so much sense and usefulness is 5stars. Not to mention the washroom is very well built and the water pressure was great! Highly recommend especially if you can get some discount from time to time. 5/5"

"We loved staying at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and kind and were always available to provide assistance. The free breakfast was excellent! I didn’t realize it was included when I booked, so it was a pleasant surprise. So yummy! Sadly, the pool was closed because of the rain but it looked nice. Parking was super easy and not too expensive. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Naha. "
