"Such an amazing resort! Myself, my wife and my 3 kids had a blast in Bali for our first ever overseas trip together and it’s all thanks to the great experiences we had here! The food was beyond amazing and the staff were exceptional! So happy and friendly! A special mention to the waiters and pool staff Putra, Atsi & Dharma who were some of the most friendliest, kind and helpful people I have ever met. Make sure you hold onto them Grand Mirage! We will definitely be back in the near future. "

"This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel and it won’t be the last. Whilst it might not be the flashiest hotel, it is perfect for a quiet relaxing getaway. The staff are always so kind and friendly and willing to help with anything you need. The pool is great with plenty of sun beds and a great little swim up pool bar. I’ll be back for sure."

"The Conrad has beautiful facilities, fabulous rooms which are cleaned every day. The grounds at immaculate and kept in pristine condition. There are 3 restaurant’s to eat at along with room and pool service. The swimming pool is enormous and wraps around the hotel. It’s not verr deep so excellent for the children. The hotel has bicycles to ride and plenty of sun lounges with huge umbrellas. At night time there is evening entertainment and all the night lights and candles around the hotel create a wonderful atmosphere. The Spa is wonderful with its own pool, sauna and steam room. All the employees at the hotel are amazingly friendly, kind and considerate and really want to help you. I will definitely return. "
