Overall based on price paid it was a nice stay. The one negative is the guy above on the 3rd floor started running a marathon at 6:20am and was very heavy footed. Guess I should have requested the top floor?

We did not get the quiet room we paid for and place right in front of the outside dining of the hotel which due to the nice weather was full, extremely noisy so we could not have our balcony door open or sit out. This happened on both days of our stay and the manager would not even talk to us after a number of try's. Staff tried to help us, but the manager did not help in any way.

The room was very well presented, comfortable and fully resourced. It was immaculately clean. The balcony had a fantastic view over the water. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. The atmosphere was enjoyable, the staff efficient and friendly, and the food delicious. We would love to stay again!

Love the hotel, I did have my dog so I was not allowed to use the pools however the beach is right there so that was great. There was also not an area to take my dog to go out, had to walk up to the street as all the grassy areas had keep dogs off signs on them.

We stayed for a little local vacation (we live on Vancouver Island) and it was great. Really friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Clean room, comfortable bed and nice view off the balcony. Great restaurant as well. Our child loved the pools. We will be back!
