The check-in process was smooth, and staff were friendly. The bed and shower were decent, however, there was a large spider web outside my room door, as if the room had not been used in a long time or no one cared that the spider web was there. The location of the hotel is close to the harbor and a top-rated restaurant.

Pleasant stay. Room was excellent. Only comment would be about the lack of A/C. For the $$ spent I Imagine that the resort could install room A/C without loosing too much profit margin

Excellent location. Walking distance to town. View from marina on a foggy rainy day is so beautiful. Room is small & dated but this is expected for the age of the hotel. I’m very impressed by the abundance of coffee pods supplied for a 2 nights stay.

We stayed at 6 hotels on Vancouver Island. This hotel was the most expensive and one of our least favorites. There is a water view, but the windows were very dirty. The room was very hot, yet the outside temp was in the high 50's and cloudy. There is no AC and only a small window to open. No screen on the window, so bugs were flying in. Plus the window didn't slide well and would jam so it was a pain to open. Not sure why they wouldn't have fixed this. Some stains on the carpet.
