I got the 1 bedroom suite. The place is modern, very clean and comfortable. The suite has everything you need and more. Personally loved the small washer and dryer and came back home with only a few pieces of laundry. Quiet, wonderful location, lots to do in and around Radium. Swimming pool is good, just a little small for the size of the resort, it gets very crowded. Parking close to the unit was challenging, but the place is walkable and private. For future improvement I would recommend a place to eat or buy some food inside the property. Breakfast offer will be a plus for sure, served in a common area. The price is on the high side but I think it wortths the money. Will definitely go back.

Great family vacation!
Check in was easy and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The condo was beautiful and well equipped. Waking up to the golf course was a relaxing treat, in the evenings there were sheep and deer running around which the family thought was a great experience to see. The pool was refreshing and close by. The resort is situated close enough to downtown that you can walk if you wanted to. The crisp AC was a welcome relief from the 36-38 degree weather we experienced while we were in Radium. We were sad to leave! We are already planning to return next summer!

out first night was terrible, the previous residence pour animal fat down the sink and the filter on the stove, the unit smelled like animal fat, the refrigerator smelled like fish the oven smelled like burned meat. The were not able to help us the first night because it was after 8-p when we checked in. The manager Julia had the cleaning team and facilities go in while we were gone and detail the kitchen changed filters, cleared the drain and the refrigerator. the odor was mostly gone when we returned and slept very well the second night. we are awaiting a refund for our first night. We will be back again

The air conditioning was working but the upstairs was very hot and the downstairs was very cold. Had a terrible night sleep because of this. I would expect for the price that the HVAC system would have been balanced. It made for a horrible nights sleep.
