My first room smelled funny and was very damp, but when I requested another room at the front desk they obliged and swapped me into another room that was perfectly fine. Hats off to the staff, they were gracious and accepting and resolved the issue quickly. That greatly added to the enjoyment of my stay.

Last minute booking. Placed into an overpriced suite near the elevator. Young guests and children busy in foyer late into the night. If not for the white noise of the air conditioner the there would have been minimal sleep.
