Room was clean and well appointed. Friendly check-in. Location on the edge of downtown core with more reasonable rates is a plus. Construction on the rear of the property so noise may be an issue. Some noise transfer from the door between adjoining room and from highway. I wear ear plugs so was not an issue. Breakfast was provided gratis at the adjacent Ricky's but just pancakes or French toast and bacon are offered free with all other breakfast items at cost.

It was our first time staying at Accent. Their marketing and reasonable prices had us convinced. We're pretty low key, just need a decent hotel. Unfortunately our first room wasn't cleaned properly, let's just say the toilet and surfaces made that evident. We appreciated the text to front desk function. Tanvir who was on shift was amazing about the situation. He upgraded us to a suite, apologized, and even did a sweep himself and brought back my charger in the new room and checked to make sure we settled in well. The rest of the stay was comfortable. My only issue was with the shower, I guess being an older building the water temperature kept fluctuating from very hot to cold no matter where I set the dial. When I used the smoking area outside, I was happy to see they had security patrolling as a transient did approach me and the security was quick to ask him to leave. Overall it was a positive experience, I would say the staff and beds were the best parts. Thanks!
