The property was nice and quiet. Bed was comfortable and the overall experience was nice. Hotel area could use a bit of touching up ie spot cleaning on the carpets, fixing the wall paper in the common halls and in the room we stayed in, and the bathroom lights flickered when turned on so maybe an electrician look at that.

All the dining rooms were closed,so we had to eat in a casino. I dont like casinos at all. Poor energy/ loserville kind of feeling.To do this wehad to show ID to get in! How absurd. I phoned ahead to make sure the hot tub and pool were open.Which they were but I also asked at the time if there was anything else I should know.?.... that would have been a good time to mention this,that all dining rooms were closed.

Arrived to find our beds were dirty with hairs in them. Our kids were unable to dine in the restaurant as the main one was closed and the remaining one was inside the casino....surely we could have been told in advance as we noted 2 adults, 2 kids for our booking Asked for bath robes to take to the pool, was informed that as we were in the main building we would need to pay $20 per robe. Positives, the food served was good quality and the pool and hot tub met expectations. We stayed here hoping for a better experience than the options in Cranbrook....sadly we were let down
