Girls Weekend
My older sister is getting married so her daughter, our sister and our mom went for the weekend getaway. Had a blast. Enjoyed the shuffleboard. Issues we had: Refrigerator wasn’t cold and neither was freezer. Called on Sunday and owner offered us another unit. Didn’t realize through booking that unit was down a batch or steps. My mother is 86 and that was a lot for her.

Great space m, close to everything
My family and I had a great time staying at the location. The space was just big enough for the five of us to be able to have our own space we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked and ready to cook all in all a great stay

New family and pet friendly three bedroom walking distance to skiing. Best to buy groceries on the way, as it’s an extra chore once arrived. Other than skiing, nothing’s close by. The condo is tastefully decorated, only downside very little storage space. Depending on the room, one has to „live out of the suitcase“. Common area nice and cozy.

Property was clean but they didn’t have any wash clothes and check in wasn’t so easy because the code to the lock box was wrong and we were stuck outside in the cold for 20 mins. Otherwise the stay was great

Paradise in the woods
First this place was impeccably clean upon our arrival.. The townhouse has all the amenities and comforts of home and they provide enough trash bags, cleaning supplies and necessities for your trip. The location is close to most things and if you’re a skier or snowboarders you’re in luck the slopes are mere minute’s walking distance away. We visited the Delaware Water Gap, bikes and hiked many trails in the area, visited flea markets, antique stores, casino, roller skating and everything in between. This place was absolutely lovely and we visited on the off season so it was remarkably quiet. We did have one issue but our host was very attentive and supportive to help resolve the matter. The issue was the hot water wasn’t working as well as we anticipated but it worked well enough for quick showers. Otherwise everything was lovely and we would highly recommend this little paradise in the woods to all. It was very spacious and could easily fit 8-10 people. We especially loved the heating and cooling for every room and the shuffleboard matches. Thank you and I appreciate the care your cleaning team takes into ensuring the place looks brand new.

Beautiful place, great location!
We had a group of 6 stay at this property and it was one of the best experiences we have had with a VRBO. The home itself was very clean and well stocked and the location was perfect and close to everything! Would recommend anyone to stay here!

Camelback Gem!
This was our first time visiting Camelback Resort and it was a great experience. This home is wonderful! Everything is brand new and very clean. My husband is very picky and he kept commenting on how great this unit is! The location is also perfect. It’s only about a 3 minute ride to the ski resort. The unit is also very spacious and was more than enough room for our family of four. The summer activities and water park were lots of fun. We haven’t even unpacked and the kids are asking when we will return. The owner is very responsive and friendly. We definitely plan to return. I highly recommend staying here!

Great getaway
They property was exactly as it seemed in thr listing. It was very comfy and clean and everything that I expected.the only negative review I have of this location is that check-in is at 4pm and the pool closed at 4:30 that day. But every other aspect of the trip was great. The layout of the grounds and the rules were easy to follow and the location is super close to fast food, grocery stores, and of course the waterpark. Without a doubt, I would love to stay at this cabin again.

My family and another family stayed there for a couple of nights. The unit was modern, clean, and comfortable. All the basics were covered, including plenty of dishes, utensils, and so forth. This townhouse definately can hold 10 comfortably. We were 8 and had plenty of space. John was very responsive whenever I had a question. I definately recommend tgis place.

Very nice place to stay for a family getaway.
Well stocked kitchen for cooking, quiet and close to a lot of activities. The neighbors were very nice and the pictures on the website was accurate. I will recommend this place to anyone who’s visiting the Poconos and I will also book this home again.

A Callous Experience
My husband was hospitalized a few days before our trip. I understand the cancellation policy and that I would not be entitled to any refund, but the owner refused to transfer our trip dates so we could have a trip later. Communicating with the owner was as useless as it was heartless. All conversations were different phrasings of, I can't do anything per the cancellation policy, but if I was to cancel, I could give you a discount on the days you wanted to transfer to for a later stay. I tried calling and emailing VRBO support, to which he responded that it would be an inconvenience to him and would be out of money if I were to change dates since there was no certainty that someone would book our original dates on short notice. At no point during these exchanges did I try to request a refund, just a simple change of date for my paid-in-full booking. Someone, please tell me why he asked me to cancel my trip, so it would free up this property, which is one of many I might add, and pay again at a "discount" instead of simply transferring my dates, which would reopen the listing for someone to book. Honestly, I feel taken advantage of in this situation. I didn't plan on my husband's hospitalization before our trip, and at the time of this review, he still has shown no improvement. I now am out a significant among of money for nothing, no change of dates, no refund, no compassion. Zero willingness from the host to work out anything that didn't line his pockets.

Meticulously maintained home away from home
My family of 6 (3 adults and 3 kids aged 9, 10 and 10) had a great stay here. The home was meticulously maintained and stocked with all the basics needed for our 5 day stay. Property owner was extremely helpful, cordial and responsive both before and during the stay. The ONLY reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to issues with the AC system during our stay. I highly recommend this unit and this owner.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The home was spotless. We were disappointed in the heating system, 2 of the bedrooms never got above 65 degrees and the outside temp Was in the low 30’s with wind. We messaged the owner and he told us that we should do, but that did not correct issue! Also the hot water in the showers was non existent after the first person showered. The owner should address these issues especially when skiers are renting

Great place at Camelback!
Overall the condo was great and the owner was super responsive. Very clean and loved how close the condo was to everything at Camelback. We loved the shuffle board table. Kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing we wished we had were some hooks to hang our snow gear after a day on the mountain.

Good time
We had a relaxing time here. It was nice to have an indoor pool nearby and hiking trails. It was also close to Kalahari so we took the kids there and had fun. The only issue I had was that there is not enough in the kitchen. Need more glass options because mason jars were not kid friendly. Also not a lot of utensils and such. Overall would stay again
