Located close enough to Taos Plaza to walk, yet just far enough away to avoid congestion, El Pueblo Lodge is a fun stay with beautifully manicured landscape and extremely friendly staff.

Our Pueblo!

This property is very charming. It is close to the Plaza and the Pueblo. The breakfast buffet is amazing and different every day. The lawn, trees, Adirondack chairs, games are delightful! It is older but maintained. It’s our third stay. 🤗

Booked room with a fireplace - just as well as we could not figure out the heating. Turns our a/c and heating are 2 separate units. Although we were there in May, a storm came through the night and power went off. Even so breakfast was great. Lovely place but the unexpected snow meant the pool and hot tub were not available. Would definitely stay again.

My children and grandchildren and I had the best time at El Pueblo. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and large. The grounds were amazing with large green lawns to play on and huge trees with rich shade The breakfast buffet was delicious full meal. Our only problem was our stay was too short!

The visual of the property was not as we expected, they had an old dilapidated “hippy bus” parked on the property. We arrived and asked if we could check in early, they told us that the room was ready (because no one had used it yesterday), BUT, that if we wanted to check in early there was a $25 charge. We wanted to cancel our reservation and were to no, “non-refundable”. We were so turned off by the property we just left, never checked in! We had purchased the insurance but don’t know it that would apply here?

A charming motel property within walking distance of downtown Taos with a great hot breakfast and afternoon snacks. We had a double queen room that was very spacious, clean and comfortable. On Saturday they serve a delicious green chili chicken stew in the afternoon, it was so good we didn’t even need to go out to dinner that night. Perfect place for a two day stay to explore the area.

We went to meet family in Taos and stayed overnight. I ended up wishing we stayed a couple days. They have it setup with the pool, hot tub, and games. The breakfast was the best I've had at a continental breakfast. Green Chile! Biscuits and gravy. And the country potatoes were perfect. Charming little deck off the room. Older building but isn't that the charm of Taos?
