I WAS SO EXCITED AND RENTED AMD PAID EXTRA COR A ROOM WITH A JETTED TUB. THE FIRAT RIME I CLIMBED IN THE TU. THE FLOOR WAS SO SLICK AND I SLIPPED AND FELL AND INJURIED MYSELF AND WAS BLACK AND BLUE AND PULLED MUSCLE. I TOLD THE FRONT DESK AND THEY PUT SOME SMALL SLUP STRIPES IN THE TUB BUT DID NOT FOLLOW UP OR CHECK ON ME. THE TUB WAS STILL SLICK AND UNSAFE AND I HAD TO SPEND THE NEXT 3 DAYS OF MY TRIP SHOWERING WITH I ORDER TO NOT SLIP. I SPOKE TO TEO STAFF DURING MY STAY ABOUT MY FALL AND NEVER DID THEY ASK OF I WAS OK.
Really good a lot better than a lot of other hotels I’ve visited. Two complaints. The walls are really thin and the vending machine charged me $6 for a soda.

We had no hot water for bathing. They were out of eggs,& cereal at the breakfast.
Dedra, TX of the Guest Services staff, was so helpful and informative. Very pleasant and friendly also. Nina, breakfast room manager, was so amazing. Her hard work and pleasant demeanor made our morning a little brighter and relaxing. we look forward to staying again in the future.
This Hampton Inn is below most Hampton Inns standards. We had no smoke. Alarm, the main lamp was missing the top so it wobbled every time you brushed it, there were two light bulbs out in the ceiling fixture in the bathroom, the shower leaked and had mildew, but the final issue was the nozzle in the shower was all wonky and finally came off! No shower on our second morning!!! The manager did give us one night free after my husband took the handle to the front desk. We had several people staying there also, each one of their rooms had issues also. The owner really needs to renovate this place in order to quit getting bad reviews!l
The breakfast and friendliness of food attendant was the best part of one night stay. Checking in was very stressful due to having to request reassignment to another room and staff not wanting to do it. First room that was assigned opened into the lobby/eating area! We didn’t even enter it and I requested a change. The staff member, while not rude, had a bit of an attitude and at first said he didn’t have another room available. After I persisted he reluctantly assigned us a a room further down the hall away from the lobby. The room was adequate for a one night stay and had a comfortable bed and was clean. Both chairs however, are shabby and grimy. Wouldn’t stay here again.
The bathtub was painted to cover up mold. The paint was peeling and my grandchildren did not want to use the bathtub. The 2nd floor stairway door was missing the door handle, this is a Fire Code Violation. Everything is worn out, and run down. The 2nd floor ice machine has been broken for over a year. Just ugh.
