Nice hotel
With the room size, room was surprisingly spacious due to the bed placement. The separate toilet and shower also is a good idea so that there can be 2 people using at the same time. Hotel staff also very helpful, they even volunteered to book taxi for us as we have an early flight the following day. The hotel is also walking distance to Gloria outlet mall.

very nice and modern hotel, perfect for layovers
had a very easy check in after arriving late at 9pm. the cab ride here from taoyuan was straight forward and only cost 300 NTD. the check in staff were very helpful and pleasant to work with. the room was very modern and new and there's a 711 around the corner. only staying here for a short layover but would def come again!

Booked this hotel because it was conveniently near the high-speed rail station and easy to get to the airport. We were hit with a typhoon, and the staff saved a room for me when I went to the airport in case my flight was canceled. They were very accommodating and helpful. And there are free snacks, coffee, and beer in the lobby lounge!

Serene, Clean and Spacious
I love the serenity of this hotel. The staff were nice enough to tell me where I could get the trains to the place I would like to go. Also, I love the drink corner. I really love that. I hope to be back there soon again.

Recommend getting Lake view with Tub. Much bigger than other rooms. Small snacks, coffee and beer are available though coffee is a bit weak for my tastes. Very near to Outlet mall which is convenient.

The Lake View room with Tub is significantly bigger and better than the rest. They do have drinks and small snacks. The hallways are not air conditioned.
