Hotel is in a great area that is right across the street from a mall so shopping and food is very accessible. In the room the AC was excellent, shower pressure was great. The cons: safe did work, mini fridge did not work, an unplugged broken working lamp was in the room and took up space, and there was no soap in the bathroom sink. Despite all the cons, I would still recommend this hotel.

We were there as a family of 4 for 2 nights. Not sure if there was another entrance, but, we came in on the side where the elevator is back in an area where we didn’t expect it. You had to go between 2 buildings and approximately 25 yards back is where the elevator was. I was expecting it to be closer to the street. The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. Our check-in was less than 5 mins. First time in a room where you had to step up to get on the platform/floor to get to the bathroom & shower. We tripped a few times but didn’t injure ourselves. You just need to be careful stepping up. Overall the stay was nice.

No bidet even though its mention in the amenities. Pillow is thin and i request for extra they don't have any spare. Request for iron and iron board must give deposit and they just pass it to us to carry from lobby to our room.

Everything was great. I found 4 nights-stay with my first earthquake incident is well-handled with the real friendly attitude. The staffs were totally helpful, completely supportive and nice though-out my stay. Of course, with this affordable price; the unpleasant hotel entrance can be looked-over - it takes you only 2-5 minutes to get in, since lobby, service, the room was good with all facilities you ever needed.
