The staff were very nice and have me lots of water. I appreciated it. The room was also very big and the price was good. The bathtub was nice too! I enjoyed staying at this hotel. There are some good shops and restaurants near Taoyuan station, but nothing directly outside the hotel. You have to wait a bit.

Breakfast is delicious with freshly steamed rice, yam porridge, various dishes for porridge, stir-fried vegetables, pressed tofu, and scrambled eggs, toast with various jam and spread, coffee, milk tea, and two juices. The dining room is comfortable and clean with an aquarium.

Good for stay if have late flight
Overall, it was satisfactory to stay only for one night if have early (or late) flight at Taoyuan airport. (easily accessible to Taoyuan train station by 5~7-minute walk). The room service and breakfast are quite okay in general. My mum and me especially liked the big bathroom with bathtub. However, the room was so dusty and smoky. Ventilation fan (or air-con) should be installed for having good quality of the room.

If you're looking for an inexpensive place, this works for you. However, they seem to have recently down-graded since the last time I stayed at this hotel (over 12 months ago); having NO AIR-CONDITIONING but only fan in the bedroom.

Nice Hotel close to TRA
I enjoyed staying, does smell a lot like smoke but other than that it was nice. The staff is very nice, helpful and always have a smile, they also speak English a plus for me. The area is close to nice little places to hang around.

although the building is quite old, but facility and services level is good. My room is bigger than i thought, inside bath room have steam room and bathtub with Jacuzzi. Breakfast provided is normal taste.

Distanced walk to shops, but nice overall.
I booked this hotel because it's the most ok-price one out of every other by the time I planned my solo trip. It didn't disappoint me at all. Hotel staff called me the day before to confirm with me and gave me directions to the hotel. I chose to cab from airport because it was already near night time. They helped me with directions to around the area, there's cafe just like a shop beside hotel. Once you know the way to the shops area, you'll roughly know how to walk around the area. Quite a distanced walk but easy and direct to walk to the train station to take train to taipei. I recommend this hotel :)

Bad Area.
This appears to be in a less-than-desirable neighborhood. There were women nearby who appeared to be women of ill repute, although they were not overtly petitioning anyone. My perception of them was reinforced when I noticed the hotel had placed two condoms in my room. That's when I knew I was in THAT kind of area. It is on a very busy street. The windows of my room shield noise fairly well; while awake I could hear the cars, but this did not affect my sleep. Customer service is fair. The breakfast is fair. The bed was not the best, but once I fell asleep I was fine. You get what you pay for.

worth it money
It works excellent for it money . We had only 1 night here . Room is not big but comfortable . There are 2 chairs , coffee table , small table for cooking or eating , 2 bedside tables , fridge ... so all what we need . Comfortable bed and effective aircondition . I can not complain about this hotel .

Room/bath room, towels are clean. Hotel service is friendly. Free breakfast is good. Close to Taoyuan train station (10 minutes walk) and airport express bus (U bus) stop (in front of train station). Some smoke smell in the room need to use fan to remove.
