The perfect spring break vacation
We spent a week at this beautiful property mid March 2025 for our kids spring break and it was perfection. We enjoyed each and every day we spent here and we thank the entire team who made it possible (Debbie, Kristal and Jairo, Carlos, Gina and Neyali). We used this as home base and did excursions most days (fishing, zip line, atv, massages at the house, sunset cruise) and reserved the afternoons and evenings for beach, pool and relaxation. This schedule worked out really well for our crew. Our youngest (13) really struggled with the long car rides and curvy roads so we cancelled several excursions that were further away and the team was wonderful about it. The house is amazing, views I can’t explain in words, just pure beauty. My only complaint was the condition of the 2 golf carts that we rented through the hotel. We had to switch them both out several times for a different cart due to them not starting at random places leaving us stranded or the lights not working at night trying to get back up to the house (which was scary) but overall we are happy that we had rented them because the walk to the beach or hotel is far too long without a vehicle. We made it work but the customer service was not the best. Carlos and team were amazing, so warm and friendly and helpful. And their cooking was delicious ! We would 100% stay here again and we are so thankful that we found this beautiful slice of paradise. Thank you for sharing with us!

Best rental ever!
Carlos Gina and Tatiana went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. They were gracious hosts and had everything ready and waiting for us upon our arrival. Debbie and the concierge team were a huge help in booking our excursions dinner, reservations, and transportation.

what a view!
A beautiful location with a view that went on and on. The staff were fun and the meals were good. Our only problem was trying to locate the home at night in the rain. We needed a more specific map or directions. The street signs were hard to read at night and it would have been helpful to have directions like - "at the circle take the first exit" Go through two additional street security posts. Also - it was really difficult to find the hotel Concierge to get the wrist bands. More specific directions would have helped.The grandkids loved watching the monkeys!

This place did not disappoint. Concierge service was great, the view was outstanding, the house was amazing but Carlos, Gina and Nayeli where awesome. This is some of the most amazing people we have met. They seemed like family. Also amazing cooks. We will be returning to bring our grand kids.

A slice of Heaven
There were nine of us and we came to celebrate three retirements and a 70th birthday. This is by far one of the best places we've stayed at. There is absolutely nothing that could have made our stay any better. Working with Debbie, Jairo and Kristal on transportation, tours and golf cart rental helped make our stay stress free. They setup a tour to the adventure park where we rented nine ATV's. We drove over several riverbeds and into the jungle to a couple of waterfalls which we swam in to cool down. Very refreshing. The trip to Manuel Antonio National Park was amazing and full of wildlife. Punta Leona beach club has a beautiful white sandy beach and is a great place to spend the day. The monkeys at the beach were quit entertaining. The best part of our stay was Carlos, Gina and Nayeli. They are the most wonderful, gracious loveable people you'd ever want to meet. The fresh fruit and coffee ready every morning followed up with some amazing lunches and dinners were fantastic. No one in our group spoke Spanish so our son downloaded a translator Ap so that we could better communicate With each other. We had lots of laughs, and they slowly became part of our family as we also became part of theirs. We asked them to eat with us a few times and on one occasion Gina was asked if she wanted to say a prayer before lunch that day as she did. There were a few tears. They put up banners for my 70th BD and made me a pineapple upside down cake. They are awesome people.

Our family of 10, 6 adults, 4 children ages 6-9, loved our stay at Casa Bella Vista. It was a great place to relax, swim, and enjoy wonderful family meals thanks to the wonderful house staff who accommodated are various needs and excellent cooking. And it was a great springboard to Jaca surfing, catamaran to Tortuga Island, Crocodile Safari, and the Punta Leona Beach Club Playa Blanca and other amenities. We were happy to have our own rental vehicles to spontaneously get from one place to another, especially to get to and from the local beach which would have been quite a downhill and uphill hike. Loved it!

Pura Vida!!!
Incredible! Beautiful house with plenty of room for the whole family! Gorgeous views and balconies from every room. Pool and hot tub are amazing! The best part was having the personal service from the outstanding house staff! Meals were delicious and they saw to our every need with grace! Loved every minute, especially the visits from troops of monkeys, pods of whales and flocks of macaws. It was awesome in every way!

Spectacular
My wife and I, grown sons and spouses (10 of us in total) spent a magical Christmas holiday at Casa Bella Vista. Debbie helped make the arrangements stress free, and Carlos, Gina, & Tatiana were nothing short of awesome. We had family breakfast and dinner at the house every day, and the food was terrific. The ocean views, pool, and sleeping arrangements were fist class. Job well done to the entire Bella Vista team.

Fabulous time in Costa Rica
Our stay was incredible. The property is spectacular. The staff are so friendly and caring. The meals are delicious. We had 4 adult couples and everyone had the best time. We did a couple of excursions (easily arranged by the concierge from the nearby hotel), took a sunset boat ride, visited a couple of the local beaches, and hung out in the pool and hot tub! What a time! What a country! What a property!

Married Couples Getaway
This property was more beautiful in person than online. We all enjoyed the entire experience from the property managers (Debbie, Jairo, and Kristal) making sure that we were fully accommodated from the airport up until we boarded the plane to go back home. The group could not have survived without Carlos, Gina and Nayeli preparing all of our delicious meals. They definitely make this property top tier while making all of us feel like family. Jairo and Kristal setup relaxing massages for all 8 of us at the house. We were so relaxed/refreshed afterwards that we did not leave the property that day. We will be back! This property is definitely a 5 star and your team does not need to change a thing. Thanks Again for all of your help!

Best vacation ever
The whole process of setting up this vacation to the end of the vacation was the best and the communication was on point. Carlos, Gina and their niece were amazing. The food and the service exceeded all expectation. They were so warm and accommodating not to mention the food. The are the best cooks and make you want to take them home with you ❤️. The property was absolutely beautiful, and with the incredible meals you hardly have to leave the house. ~2 min drive to a beautiful beach and about 30 minutes from bigger retail areas like los sueños. Would definitely recommend for any large group.

I took my whole family and had a blast. Carlo, Gina, and Nyelli were wonderful hosts. We did the meal plan and the food was excellent.We saw Mcaws, Parots, monkeys and all kinds of cool stuff. The private beach was nice as well.I would highly recommend this as a getaway for a family of ten or less, or it would be perfect for 4 couples, or a group of guys fishing. Los Suenos and herradura are 1/2 hour drive.

Would rent again. The house was almost too nice. Some Of the family members didn’t want to go explore as they were enjoying the pool and ambiance. We stayed at several homes during our CR Visit and this was our favorite. We could have done 10 days here. The only draw back was the beach is not as easy to get to as advertised. However, you can hear the crashing waves and see the water. So you end up in the pool enjoying cold ones. I would recommend having them cook. We did only a few meals due to picky eaters; however we found the meals better then in Jacó.

This house is amazing! Carlos, Gina and Daniella were awesome also! The food Gina cooked was the best. Everyone that is a part of this rental is a gem. The process is so easy and we cant wait to go again. We left with Carlos, Gina and Daniella as a part of our family, we all cried. If you are going to Costa Rica you must stay at this house!!!

FANTASTIC VACATION
I only wish that we could give this property more than 5 stars. From the first contact in reserving the property to the very minute we left the house, our experience exceeded our expectations. We had 4 couples and the house was perfect for what we wanted. I can not say enough about those we worked with during our reservation process and our stay in Costa Rica. Debbie was so very helpful and not at all bothered by the "many" questions we asked prior and during our stay. And then, Jairo and Krystal were super helpful in organizing the things we we wanted to do while in country. (By the way, the fishing trip they organized was great). And what more can I say about Carlos and Gina? They were FANTASTIC! Food, coffee, cleaning, personal attention to all guests - they were great! I would definitely recommend using a driver from the airport and not renting a car unless you are familiar with the area. I also recommend rental of a golf cart if you with to go to the beach. It is a VERY difficult walk to the beach and back. This was definitely a vacation of a lifetime and a house I would recommend to anyone who wants an AWESOME visit to Costa Rica.

My daughter found the property and it was exactly as advertised and more. Clean modern and comfortable. You must be comfortable with small narrow streets and hills if you venture out but inside was heavenly. Carlos Gina and Nayeli were fantastic and the food was delicious. Would highly recommend

Booking this vrbo is not only reserving a great house, it is gaining access to a team of people who make your vacation exactly as you want. Debbie is your contact who oversees your trip. Kristal and Jairo are the concierges at the associated hotel (have access to all hotel amenities). They arrange any trips- we visited an Adventure Park, Manuel Antonio National Park, a volcano, Tortuga Island and had surfing lessons (all private transportation). They arranged for in-house spa treatments. They contract with private drivers, and we typically had the same person who was also amazing. The real gems of the house- Gina and Carlos are the house caretakers. They are so warm and hospitable and make your vacation special by anticipating your needs. If you opt for the meals, they cook incredible local cuisine. When they saw that my daughters weren’t eating the local breakfast options but loved their pancakes, they ate pancakes for breakfast thereafter. After serving, they disappear so you enjoy family time but reappear discreetly for dishes but never hover. They take care of housekeeping and laundry (in their living area). The house is as pictured. The infinity pool is incredibly large. There is no direct beach access, but the hotel’s access is 5 minutes by golf cart. The area is secure with 3 security gates from the resort entrance to the house. Please don’t hesitate to book if you are want a wonderful family Costa Rica vacation and be well taken care of! We had an amazing time.

Casa Bella Vista in Costa Rica
This was our first VRBO and the house was as beautiful in person as it was online. Absolutely gorgeous property. We were greeted by Carlos and Gina and they made us feel at home right away. The folding doors were opened so we could experience the indoor/outdoor living. This property has views from every room. We saw amazing wild life; monkeys, parrots, toucans, turkey vultures, lizards/iguanas, the list goes on. Carlos & Gina prepared Costa Rican meals every day and they did not disappoint. Gina is an awesome cook and everything was fresh. We caught fish one day and they grilled them up that evening. Everything was perfect. We talked about returning to this property before we even left. Debbie was extremely helpful in working with me to coordinate outings with Jairo & Krystal and organize every detail of our trip. Incredible team. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you all for being an incredible team!

Absolutely Perfect!
To say our stay was amazing is an understatement! Upon the 10 of us arriving, we were greeted by Carlos and Gina. They are the most adorable, loving, happy, and enthusiastic cook and house keepers you will ever meet. From the cleanliness of the house and the amazing views from most every room of the house, this place is a must!!! Purchasing the meal plan for the week was the best thing we ever did. Every meal was unbelievably fresh with the table set and ready at the time of our choosing. We didnt have a single thing that our party of 10 didnt enjoy! At $7 for breakfast, $13 for lunch and $17 for dinner per person it was worth double that!! We enjoyed not doing ANY DISHES and had fresh towels every 2 days with fresh sheets every 3. For the first time we all just ate and decomprssed for an entire week. Carlos and Gina were there for anything we needed and surprised us with fresh smoothes and desert without hovering or always being in sight. True caring professionals that you will fall in love with!! We enjoyed monkeys, macaws, tucans, pizote, iguanas, with many others and even a dwarf porcupine without leaving the property. The guys caught a 9 foot Marlin, 2- 8 foot sail fish, 5 tuna and 1 mahi-mahi that Carlos cooked and added to our preselected meals. The ladies received in house massages by the pool while we were fishing. This house is amazing and a must with Carlos and Gina being the icing on the cake! Look no farther this is the place to go!!! Pura Vida!!

Perfection
Everything was better than we dreamed! We actually relaxed, which none of us have done in years. The house is beautiful and spotless! Beautiful furnishings! The pool, hot tub, and decks were pristine! Carlos and Gina…their food is superb! They are such lovely people and we missed them the minute we drove off! They are so kind and so good! It wouldn’t have been the same without them! The property owner has pride in his home and has super taste! Debbie and the concierges helped so much as our group was changing plans and asking tons of questions! We are grateful! We will be back!
