Located in an unbeatable natural environment, facing one of the best beaches of the coast of Tarifa, this rustic-style villa offers all the comforts and facilities to spend the most relaxing holidays ever. The closeness to the beach, to which it has private and direct access, and the views of the Atlantic Ocean make it possible for you to truly unwind, enveloped by the fresh ocean breeze and under the warm sunshine of the Costa de la Luz.

The rustic decoration and architecture that characterise this villa’s three floors, as well as the outdoor area, harmoniously mix with the modern-day comforts (including warm/cool air-con in all the rooms) provided both in and outside the house. Therefore, the ten guests of the villa will spend some unforgettable holidays in this exclusive, beachfront property.

The main floor, which is reachable directly from the entrance gate via a few steps, welcomes the living area of the villa, where the whole family will gather and spend their free time. On the right side of the entrance hallway, you will find a toilet and a fully equipped independent kitchen overlooking the ocean. At the end of the hallway, a staircase leads downstairs; another staircase, located right next to the entrance door takes you to one upstairs bedroom, which features a double bed, an en-suite with a walk-in shower, and a private terrace overlooking the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean.

Back to the main floor, the left side of the hallway opens onto a spacious dining room provided with a private terrace, where an area for “al fresco” dining lets you rejoice in tasty meals as you fall in love with the sunset’s colours that paint the sky. From the dining room, you’ll enter the 2-communicating-room living space. One features a fireplace and some comfortable sofas facing a full window, which won’t make you miss the TV (which, however, is located in the adjacent living room). From the TV room, a staircase leads upstairs to another bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite with shower.

The lower floor of the villa is reachable via a staircase from the main floor’s hallway. Once there, you will find a door leading to the outdoor and pool area, whereas, on the left side, a corridor takes you to the remaining three bedrooms of the villa. One bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and an en-suite with a shower, as well as a coquettish private balcony overlooking the pool and the beach. Another bedroom relies on a double bed, an en-suite with a bathtub and a shower, and a private terrace that leads to the pool area.

The hallway’s last door opens onto a patio, from which you will have access to the outdoor area and the fifth bedroom, with two twin beds and an en-suite with a shower.

The split-level outdoor area is filled with corners where you will make the most of the warm sunshine and the starry sky, always accompanied by the fabulous ocean views and the smell of the sand and salt that comes directly from the beach. Two fabulous Balinese beds occupy the outdoor area’s upper level, located on the left side of the villa; from here, a few steps lead to a chill-out space, located right next to the perfectly-maintained garden. The rest of the outdoor area features a useful outdoor kitchen, thoroughly equipped to let you unleash your inner chef in front of the sea, and the gorgeous private pool, around which you can relax on the poolside sun loungers.

The pool area and the beach are directly connected through a private path; this way, you can enjoy whether you want to swim in the sweet waters of the pool or dive into the waves of the Atlantic Ocean. Whichever your decision, this luxury villa will make your dreams come true!

The price includes 4-hour cleaning service, five days a week (from Monday to Friday). If the client requires extra cleaning, it will cost €15/hour for a minimum of three hours.
