Good hotel for our 2 plus nite stay. Restaurant staff excellent very focused on service and delivery. Room clean and pleasant. We will stay here again soon hopefully.

Ramada Encore Airport Gem Amritsar
The Duty mgr Chander and Desk staff Parvinder were attentive, courteous and helpful. A small glitch in a prearranged airport trf with the hotel led to apologies that were easily accepted. The dining staff was equally attentive and courteous. Breakfast was a nice start to the day and Sanjana was helpful in presenting a nice morning brewed coffee with a smile. The chef Balram came out to check on the buffet and noticed a need for more Masala Kolcha and quickly presented me with a freshly prepared one to sop up the delicious Bhaji. The staff was great all around. The hotel has a lovely lobby with a sense of spaciousness due to the expansive ceilings. The room I was given was also spacious and well appointed. It was clean and comfortable. 10/10

The air conditioner was not working and it was warm inside both the rooms. The temperature was 27 degrees Celsius when we checked in and stayed like that even after 3 hours. Called helpdesk 2-3 times and the technician came to check it but he haven’t been able to resolved it. We had a very uncomfortable sleep in both the rooms. I would request the management to fix this for the future guests or atleast keep a fan in the room.
