Charming chalet, 3 minutes from the beaches, 1500 m. Very quiet residential area, all amenities nearby allowing you to get around on foot, without the constraints of the city. Comfort. Very nice benefits. Large terrace overlooking garden with trees.
Brand new chalet with plot of land in private property, completely independent with private entrance. Very well insulated chalet of 40 m2, with a beautiful spacious room of 12 m2 equipped with a TV, a beautiful living room of 15 m2 with flat screen, open onto a contemporary kitchen very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, Kettle, Toaster ....). Great benefits. Bathroom with a large walk - in shower (120 x 95). Excellent quality new bedding with shape memory (140 x 190). A very comfortable convertible chest sofa in the living room. Possibility of putting in the bedroom an extra bed for children (90x190) or a cot on request. A beautiful 14 M2 terrace overlooking the garden with barbecue .... A second 8 M2 terrace on the side of the chalet. Heated and very well insulated chalet.
