We could only get a cabin that didn’t have an ensuite however, the toilet and shower block was clean and very warm! Lovely stay!!!

Nice room. Comfortable for 3 people. Neighbors a little noisy. We were there for 3 nights. Track down to hot pools is very steep which makes it hard for people that suffer from mobility issues and or chronic pain like my wife. We were only able to use the pools once because of the mobility issues.

Mineral pools well with visiting
Loved the private mineral pools nice to soak in. Room was clean and comfortable, Hilton hotel next door had a nice restaurant and bar which was convenient without us having to pay Hilton rates for a room.

This was such a good stay - we just needed a stopover on the way to Auckland and wanted to swim in the hot pools to break up the trip so grabbed a cabin for the night - it was clean, safe, with excellent facilities onsite, the staff were fantastic - couldn't fault it for value for money.

It was good overall. The cabin had a decent size (2 rooms, living area, kitchen, bathroom), and the location was convenient. The thermal pools are definitely a plus. Just the cleaning needs a bit of improvement, a few spider webs in some corners and a small siringe found in one of the couches. A safe/secure place for camping and caravan enthusiasts as it was noticed. Also, cafeteria service was a bit limited with no many options but the staff was always friendly. Would return on an eventual trip to Taupo 👍
