Based in central Mt Maunganui, we are a 6 minute stroll to the surf beach and Tay Street Cafe or a 5 minute walk to Blake Park. Suitable for couples. There is off-street parking, great Wifi and it has its own separate entrance. Located under the owners residence at the back of the property, it is quiet, private and comfortable. A great spot to stay and enjoy the best of the Bay of Plenty!

Our studio accommodation under our Hosts’ beautiful home was quiet, spotless, warm and comfy. Parking was outside the door. It was close to the supermarket and the Mount shops and cafes. Just perfect, thank you.

The property was comfortable and in a good location. Comfy bed and lovely bathroom/shower. There was no SKY so if you wanted to watch lots of TV that wouldn’t work but the weather was fantastic so didn’t miss the TV.
