Not what we expected.
Our check-in was badly organized, the email from "Bookabach" was easy to understand but if you follow it by arrival, you will be surprised nothing in this email is correct the Pin for the Key box is wrong we had to get in contact with the Property Manager and she then gave us the right Pin so we could open the Box but then the email said you will find an envelope with your name on, wrong again first with the help from the Property Manager we were able to find the envelope with our Room Keys. This email needs to be urgently corrected from which side I don't know but it is annoying for the client. We went than up to our apartment which was fine but much smaller than advertised, properly only half of the advertised 74 qm this needs to be adjusted too. Then we wanted to go for a swim in the advertised pool, but we didn't find the Pool instead we found a big building side where once the Pool has been wouldn't it be nice to tell people about these small changes in the amenities. My wife found a dirty toilet bowl which we had to clean before use. On the positive side the apartment is well equipped with all kinds of kitchen items and all electrical devises and installation are functional. My advice, get your client email sorted and be honest about the apartment size and amenities it would make a big difference.RegardsBirthe and Thomas

Awesome Location
We enjoyed our stay here for our girly weekend. A quick stroll into town for shopping and yummy restaurants. Would totally recommend a stay here and look forward to a return visit.The apartment was very well spec’d with attention to detail, although I found the sofa bed very firm. Pleasantly surprised at the size of the studio. Loved the view of the mount. Meticulously clean and had everything we needed. Very comfortable king size bed with plenty of pillows. The building is well looked after and smelled so clean, even the rubbish room! Added bonus is the underground parking spot. Had a three relaxing night stay and hope to return. .

My husband has Parkinsons and this apartment couldn't have been a better fit. Spacious sheltered small balcony overlooking Hot pools and People climbing the Mount and a glimpse of Pilot Bay. Large kitchen and Bedroom, Shower etc. was Perfectly situated so close for shops, secure parking. Dixies and all the other food places below just around the corner. Too close to Copenhagen ice creams!! will definitely be back and thoroughly recommend.

This property is truely fantastic. I loved all the little touches and thoughtful presentation of the property to the visitor. It felt like a home away from home. Very very clean and the bed very comfortable. You get great views and there is everything at your doorstep. It is even better then the photos which is rare these days. You can make your own meals while on holiday if you wish as the kitchen doesn’t lack for anything. Nice outdoor space to rest. 10/10
