Service animals only. I had a water view. I have stayed there afew times now and hope to return soon! Nice staff, cozy and relaxing. The pool is immaculate as well as the rooms.

The resort is peaceful and relaxing. We stayed in one of their duplexes that sit near the waterfront. Aside from one night when there was a large group of people who had a loud party, our stay was quiet. I don’t think the resort could have controlled the actions of this group but thankfully it was only one night. The location on the water is lovely with the most beautiful sunsets. We were able to take the kayaks out on afternoon as well. The bed needs some work though. It squeaked with every roll over. This is our second time staying there in two years and we don’t recall it being that way last time. The mattress was not great

I loved the property in general there was plenty to do and it was so cute! I would love to come back. I did not love that there was a group of people having a very loud birthday party blasting loud music on the beach (which the beach is for for everyone to share) and I did not want to listen to spanish music blasting all evening when I was trying to relax. I do believe there should be a music rule and the volume should be low so that it doesnt affect others. I also could hear people pulling their chairs around above us (we stayed in room 7) so there should maybe be a note to people that if someone is staying below them to be mindful of the chairs and moving furniture.

Overall condition of the property were ok, now I use Expedia to book and I use a credit card. When I arrived to the facility they said that they don’t accept payment through Expedia and that I need to pay upfront and Expedia had already charge my card.

Beautiful hotel! We stayed in Islamorada for the weekend and this hotel was in a beautiful location, close to restaurants, clean and spacious rooms and had a beautiful area on the water where you can enjoy kayaks and paddle boards. We will def be back!

The photos online made this place look way nicer and with the high rating we arrived with high expectations Definitely not worth the price charged and with not all rooms being booked out we were given the very small dark room attached to the check in office …. Such a shame we couldn’t just cancel they stay
This was the view but you had to sit outside and was bitten by 100s of bug bites even though I held the bug spray the whole stay. Bike riding was fun even if it rained a little

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. We stayed in the cabin, and it was absolutely beautiful—the scenery and the tranquility were perfect. Thanks to Tina and Lili the check-in process was easy an early and we felt very welcomed , the breakfast lady was amazing as well Without a doubt, I would stay here again.
