"We had three couples who stayed at this property during the last week. It worked very well for us. Location was great. Taylor Beach which is very calm and secluded is less than a five minute walk. A little longer walk will get you to Sopapilla Beach and it is more lively with different bars along the beach to purchase drinks and food. It is about a 10 to 15 minute drive to the shops and resorts so a rental vehicle is recommended as taxis are pretty expensive. Overall, great experience and communication with property manager was also very good!"

"Amazing location. Loved being right on Chalk Sound, beautiful views and great kayaking. Having the two best beaches (Sapodilla Bay and Taylor Beach) right there makes this such a convenient location. The house had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our stay. loved having the deck all around the property and multiple seating areas. Would definitely recommend and come back!"

"The place was very clean. Host was very friendly. Great view all the time. Not just sunrise and sunset. Only thing I could find wrong was a small number of thing needed some maintenance. It didn't really bother us."

"Staying on Chalk Sound is immensely different from staying in the resorts on Grace Bay beach. It's so quiet with stunning views, super close to Sapodilla & Taylor Bay beach which are shallower and calmer for children. Great views of planes landing and taking off but far enough away from the airport that you didn't hear the noise. We loved everything about this property. The main house was perfectly appointed. The house with bedrooms was amazing with 2 separate entrances and a bathroom in each. Our children are old enough that this worked well for us but might be an issue for people with smaller kids. This would also make for an amazing stay for 2 couples as you could each have your own entrance / exit to the outside. We felt safe enough to leave the door open to take the breeze at night. The gear that was available for use was beyond - multiple kayaks, a SUP, life jackets, plentiful beach towels, chairs, floaties, etc. We loved the decks, the gear, the ability to slide open the doors for a breeze, the views, the easy access to quieter, calmer beaches. Honestly, this afforded us the best vacation we have had as a family in quite a few years and a huge part of that had to do with our tremendous stay here at Colin's amazing property on Chalk Sound. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Crystal Sands Villa. The property is quite spacious & beautiful. It’s located right on the beach providing spectacular views. It’s just a short drive to Grace Bay where we discovered delicious food. The weather was perfect all week. This villa is exceptionally clean and management is easy to get a hold of. Highly recommend this beautiful villa if you’re looking for a wonderful & relaxing vacation. "

"We had a fantastic stay. Everything was 10/10. The house was spacious, clean and well-appointed. Julian was a pleasure to work with and answered all our questions. The location of the house is right on the beach, which is crowded (we were there over Christmas so might have been the time of year), but the home comes with lounge chairs and we had plenty of the beach to ourselves. The heated pool was also delightful. We would definitely return to this home on beautiful Turks & Caicos!"
