The apartments are basement apartments in the basement of the local supermarket, but with large exterior windows and partly with a furnished terrace. Each apartment has a large living room with satellite TV / radio, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchenette and modern bedroom. The apartment 1 has a living room / bedroom, no separate bedroom and no terrace (total living space about 30 m²). There is basically no leasing to fitters.
