Super cozy, with comfy bedding that made it hard to get out of bed in the morning! The room had a warm and inviting vibe, and I really appreciated all the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. What really stood out, though, was the staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was so friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. They were always ready to help with recommendations or any little request, which made me feel truly valued as a guest. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. "The location is great, central with easy access to the plaza. Check-in and check-out were easy, the room was satisfactory. The only issues we ran into were street noise and the shower leaking a lot of water onto the bathroom floor. Otherwise it was comfortable, relaxed, and parking was easy."

"Beautiful romantic location. The food was great, the staff were attentive and very pleasant. The room came with a working fireplace and the hotel provided the firewood. The town of Tapalpa is nearby, great restaurants and street food! "

"The hotel is in a great location and convenient. Apparently the shower knobs were turned around. Cold was really hot and Hot was cold. First 3 days showered with cold water because i was told the hotel was full. I then informed them it was still cold after i saw less and less cars. Then they offered to come check it out and it was then when they said " ahhh well knobs are switched. It was overall a great stay wouldnt trade my room. "
