Centric & cheap but not worth it
Not totally renovated as described. Although the room was somewhat clean the bathtub looked unkempt and old. Rooms in the first floor are too close to conference rooms that they rent out to customers so all I heard throughout my stay were the employees making noise and people attending the events in those rooms. This was in the early morning hours and towards the night the peak hours when you need silence. Construction is being done in the front and to the side making kind of confusing to navigate. Security guard get mad if you use the ramp on the back and make to take separate stairs if you are heading towards the mall. Breakfast isn’t as good as reviews make it seem.

Deben entrenar al personal en servicio al cliente. En el negocio de la hospitalidad el buen trato al cliente debe ser prioridad. El sonreírle al cliente y hacerle sentir como en casa. Esa experiencia no se tuvo en la propiedad. El personal ni voltea a ver a los huespedes a la cara, no sonrien, se muestran molestos, indiferentes y hasta apaticos. Ese es uno de los detalles que determinan si un cliente regresa! Las habitaciones son muy limpias y el hotel en general se mira muy limpio igual. Lo que si me impresiono fue el desayuno, buenísimo. Amplio parqueo y seguro. Expedia tenia el mejor precio, obtuve una suite por menos del precio de una habitacion estandar
