A very nice Hotel in a very good location, friendly staff, lovely breakfast, clean and set in lovely grounds with nice views. Easy access from the Hotel through the lovely garden straight down to the Sea Front. Overall, a lovely few days at this Hotel, will definitely stay again. 😊

Really enjoyed our stay, the breakfasts were amazing. Only downside was the collection of moths in the bathroom due to a window too high to close. Also there were more guests cars than parking spaces.

The room was on the ground floor 2 doors away from the pool room and someone was playing til 1:30am which kept us awake. The room smelt like wet dog and just felt unclean. The location is perfect and the grounds are beautiful. We were very disappointed as I expect there are some lovely rooms unfortunately we didn’t get one.

We booked our trip for my Birthday. The hotel and staff were very friendly and loved the dogs. The hotel and grounds are charming. The plumbing was very poor we did not have any hot water in the bathroom sink and the shower was very poor. Breakfast was not so good and they did not keep up with it and kept running out of everything. After our evening meal we went to go into the lounge and a group of women were sat on the sofa's with a takeaway.

I'll be back.
Room very clean and spacious warm welcome from reception. Good parking. Gardens stunning beaytiful walk down to beach tgrough gardens. Beautiful pool 25metre very clean comfortable temperature. I went here to relax destress swim snd walk did all. Quiet at night. Staff lovely breakfast great. Overall will vusit again . Definitely.

The room was really warm, the bathroom still had some toothfloss on the floor from previous guests, the shower was dripping very much and was Not very clean at the handles. The shower tray for shower gel and shampoo was metal and started to rust, no high enough hanging space for towels. In the bathroom fan was a lot of dust and spider web. As well quite dusty all over the bathroom in general. The over all room was spacious. The headboard from the bed fell down, right after sitting on the bed, behind was the previous colour of the wall, the lights above the bed were painted inside a bit as well... The food was not nice at all, when mentioned to the staff, they looked at us as If we spoke a different language. No apologies. The expensive beer (£5.20 for an IPA) was brought to us in cans with some dirty Pepsi glasses. The breakfast was a sad story and although we arrived 30min before finish, it should have been refilled. The walls are paper thin and we were able to hear the people below talking/TV/snoring. Over all, although only 3 Stars, it should at least have been Clean and friendly staff.
