Mr Katinsky is in the BEST part of town. It was our first time in Tel Aviv and every restaurant that was recommended was on our block. The rooms were well kept, massive, homey, and well designed. Thanks for a good visit!

Location is great and property is well managed and is very good condition. The apartment was misrepresented by Expedia as "One Bedroom with Balcony". There are no one bedrooms with balcony in this building. This apartment is in the basement and there is no view.

Please note- apartment with balcony is actually at -1, underground basment, with no windows facing outside. When I asked the staff to move me to an upper floor, they were extremely rude and unhelpful, completely disregarded my request.b

Nice stay, great location
Staff made effort to help with any arising issues. Great place. Only drawback is that it is a bit noisy in the street, and the ceiling fan in the shower throws dust out - would recommend the property clean it frequently. Would still recommend this place to others.
