Great Hotel

We have stayed here a number of times and always have agreat nights sleep. close to telford centre for shops and restaurants. It is always clean, well maintained and the staff are friendly and attentive.

All OK - very OK. Good for the price but TV in room not working(no signal - check cable). Reported to front desk but response not very proactive. Eventually moved to room with working TV>

Not for me!

This place is expensive with very little going for it. No food, ridiculous prices for a drink, poor breakfast. I would say if it wasn't for lovely staff the place would have an even lower score. Also the pillows are old and lumpy and you get no water in the room and if you buy a bottle prepare to get a mortgage.. Holiday inn next door not much better but I would stay there if needed.

Lovely hotel.

I was upgraded to the Holiday Inn next door as the International Hotel was closed for the Christmas period. Lovely hotel. Staff excellent. Very clean and comfortable. Overall, very pleasant stay. Only issue was the heating but this was dealt with immediately on request. I would definitely book this hotel again.

Great overnight stay

Ideal location, visited the RAF Museum at Cosford. Great restaurants and cinemas nearby (walking distance). Everything that I needed for a short stay. Reception and breakfast staff friendly and helpful.

Telford at its best

I found the AC unit was giving off cold air - making the room cold - not possible to turn up - difficult to turn off Apart from this I found the Hotel and staff very helpful and user friendly
