EXTRAORDINARY VIEWS WITH EXCEPTIONAL LOCATION

This condo has everything to make for a memorable stay in Telluride. The convenient in-town location provides unobstructed views over the Beaver Pond and Town Park to encompass Ingram Falls along with Ajax and Ballard mountains enjoyed through the front bay window and 2nd story balcony perfect for star gazing.

Head out the back door and it's a short walk to the gondola. Out the front door head to Town Park or Main Street where shops, restaurants and entertainment are all in easy walking distance. Keep the car parked in a reserved spot or on the street in front for larger vehicles during your entire stay!

The unit has a master bedroom with king size bed and private bath/shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and there is a second bathroom with shower. The living area has a queen air cushion sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked and adjacent to the dining area. Washer/dryer is provided in the unit.

Decor comments from guests range from "eclectic" to "bohemian". It's fair to say you won't find marble counter tops and tiled floors but you will find a place that captures the comfortable quirkiness of Telluride.... and It's where you want to be!

Perfect vacation
Don was wonderful communicating with us from the moment we booked throughout our stay. He responded almost immediately each time I had a question. The view looking out over the beaver ponds is hard to beat. The condo was well equipped and very clean. The location is great too. We walked everywhere . Hope to stay at this condo on our next trip!

Great Location with Nice Views
This condo is located on the east side of Telluride and has great views looking over the beaver ponds to Ingram Falls. It's close to good restaurants so no need to drive to eat out. A garage slot is provided for a small to mid-size vehicle. It's next to the river trail which is a beautiful walk and close to the Bear Creek trail which leads to a nice waterfall. The gondola to the Mountain Village is only a few blocks away.

NEVER USED THE RENTAL CAR ONCE
What a great location. This was our first trip to Telluride. Went for a boys weekend ski trip. Parked the car in front of the unit on Thursday and never used it again until Monday when we left. Truly the perfect location. We could walk to the Gondola and to all the restaurants, bars, stores, and bakery in town. I will be back. Very gracious host and he checked in several times. All was great.

Could not have been better. The views, the location, the space itself - we literally cannot wait to come back! Don made it all very easy. The location is unbeatable. There were only 2 of us but plenty of room for more. Super cozy, we loved everything from the gas fireplace to the board games to the mattress and sheets! Highly recommend this little piece of paradise!

We loved Don’s property! The location within town was incredible! 1 block from the Main Street and an incredible view from the balcony. We wished we had more time. Perfect nest !
This home was the perfect spot for our family of 4 to nest during our vacation. It was ideal to rest up, relax, re-energize and plan next activities. Comfortable seating for all in the living room space with a warm fire to up the cozy factor, and an awesome view of the mountains to inspire! Don was welcoming from the start of our visit, reassuring us that we could easily reach him if need be. Perfect nest!

Terrific Telluride
You won’t find a more accommodating host than Don. He made the entire process very easy and checked in with us several times to make sure we were pleased. This condo is literally steps from some of the best mid priced and high end restaurants in Telluride. It is an easy two block walk to the gondola. The view out Don’s bay windows is breathtaking. A great place, a great host, a great location.

The property at 255 Spruce was awesome. We had six in out party and it was perfect space.
The location was so close to everything we needed. We did have a car but you didn’t need one. You could walk to every place. Don was such a pleasure to work with in making our stay perfect. His condo is furnished nicely and he is so concerned that you have a great experience. We will advise anyone we know to check out this location. Great time with family on Spring Break 2019.

We really enjoyed the condo. Great location made it easy to walk anywhere we wanted to go. The condo had a very comfortable feel. It could use a larger tv screen but we didn't watch much tv anyway. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay. Great location in town, walked everywhere, basked in the morning sun on the deck, and slept soundly in a comfy bed. Visiting off-season, we learned from the locals why this is such a magical place. Can't wait to return!
